Mignonette is where we feature ROSÉ’s finest moments.
Named after ‘mignonette sauce’, a bright pink sauce of sherry and champagne vinegars or even
rosé with shallots and sometimes herbs, used to dress oysters.
The oyster, ‘more exciting than sating’ according to Seneca, is something we fancy at ROSÉ.
The luck in finding a pearl, that opalescent, strong, beautiful, pure jewel inside reminds us to keep growing and applying this essence to all our work.
